Just a reminder to all associated with Call centers in India that malicious people are very much at large in the IT industry in India at the highest echelons of managemnet as well as well entrenched in reputed companies. Names such as Alan Parker, obviously an alias; James Gregory with Convergys; Megha with Sunshine Technologies; Ramaditya with Wipro Technologies and several others, are involved in subtle an dmost enterprising ways with unscrupulous people who have a malicious intent to harm the IT industry. Kindly beware and keep your eyes peeled. Surface impressions are not what they seem.
