For the very first time we are outsourcing an Inbound process with marvelous payout.

Following are the details :

Reg: A UK Customer services (Inbound Calling Cards)
Name of Client : - Would be disclosed after the NDA is signed.

No of seats operational : - 30 Seats(For three centers in india)10 seats/center.

Revenue on (USD) basis : - $15/hour(Guaranteed billing per Hour basis for 8 hours time shedule ).

Revenue Cycle : - 8*22 working Day’s.

Nature of business : - 100% Inbound

Customer Care
Payment Cycle : - Weekly basis

DEAL : -

A good contact centre on an offshore location out of the UK with the compatible technology and facilities to house 10 agents/center on an Inbound Customer Service basis. All
the process related documents , software,hardware, Project matrix, CTQ structures,and the core competency models would be provided to the said contact centre on a
confidentiality basis.
All the processes. Domain Knowledge and IPR will be transferred to the contact centre.

You all are kindly requested to send us your complete profile & deposit an amount of Rs. 12,000/-(Tender amount)
out of which 50% of the amount is REFUNDABLE e i.e. Rs. 6000/- in case your profile is not short listed. We as a
consultant for the process will be charging an amount
of Rs. 12,000/-(one time, non refundable amount)

Kindly note that entire selection depends on the Client. The Client has full right to accept or reject any center without
giving any prior information. You are kindly requested to
