yes i am interested in this type of work and my speed is also good enough and i had studied all my life in english school so there is no chance to get spell incorrect my speed of typing is upto 98% accurancy

Data Conversion Specifications

„« Use Font VERDANA only.
„« Text / Spelling should appear as it appears in the PDF/ JPEG/ TIFF file.
„« Number of Word document file shall be the same as the number of pages in the PDF/ JPEG/ TIFF file.
„« Maintain page Size as A4 and margin left and right margin as 1.25‘¨ with top and bottom margin 1.0‘¨. Header & Footer and Gutter 0‘¨
„« Alignment Heading & Sub-Heading, as per image and Body Text should be Justify.
„« Header / Footer to be kept in Font Size 10 but not in Bold.
„« Heading Font VERDANA ‘VBOLD Size 14 Sub-heading Font VERDANA ‘V Size 12. General Text ‘V Size 10.
„« The Font to be used is VERDANA. Put Bold, Italics, Underline as per image file.
„« Flow charts, images, graphs etc., copy & paste in MS WORD FILE. Copy caption below image at appropriate place correctly. Please maintain the alignment of the caption as it appears in the image file with font size 8 and style VERDANA.
„« Endnote and Footnote are to be given as per image file with font size 8 and Font style VERDANA.
„« Table has to be created as it appears in the PDF/ JPEG/ TIFF file. Use the table feature to draw or use text to table convert option of MS Word.
„« Left columns data should be in left side of Word‘¦s file and right side data always should be in right side. If data is not coming in a page, then take data to next page same column.
„« Give double enter space between the paragraphs. Equation has to be maintained as per image file.
„« Paragraph must be done by Indent format, do not use tab. Paragraph indent space should be 0.25‘¨ and given only where required.
„« If two or more scan pages appear on a single image page, the scanned pages in the image must be treated as separate word document.
„« Word file (.doc) name has to be same as image file name. Each scanned page in the image file must be saved as separate word file i.e. if no. of pages are in single digit (more than one) in the image file, save as filename_1, filename_2. If no. of pages is in double digit in the image file, you have to save as filename_01, filename_02 and so on for example if image file name is alpha then alpha_01, alpha_02, and so on. If there are 20 different pages in the image file, their will 20 different word files while maintaining case.
„« All other setting besides given above will be considered default of Ms Word.
„« Provider shall translate all documents within the standard turn-around time of seven (7) business days.
„« We will provide conversion by e-mail or FTP.
„« Per file contains 3000 ‘V 4000 characters as standard.

If accuracy found between 100%- 99% 10 pence per thousand characters, if the accuracy is between 99%- 98% 8 pence per thousand characters, if the accuracy is between 98%- 97% 6 pence per thousand characters, if the accuracy is between 97%- 95% 4 pence per thousand characters.
