Two companies from India Starting Point Competence Training Pvt Ltd and Snam, signed a MoU with Xi'an Service Outsourcing Development Association based in China for providing technical and skilled training for certification and training required for the BPO industry. These agreements will be helpful for Chinese students to improve their skills and knowledge according to the requirement of BPO industry boom in China.

The memorandum of understanding, signed at the Xian-Bangalore Service Outsourcing conference, stresses on joint efforts to encourage, stimulate and formulate competency developmental activities that would promote the BPO industry in Xi'an. The city in western China is referred to as the capital of that country's BPO industry. redffnews Wang Qi Wen, departmental chief of organisational department of Xi'an Municipal Committee, said that the available manpower is not trained to according to BPOs standards and requirements, India can help China to emerged and take this new industry boom in favour of China.

China is more known to is manufacturing capabilities and expertise but India prove it self an global leader ITes and BPO services from more then 6 yrs. Wang Qi Wen has set target of year 2010 for creating 100,000 jobs for college students and plan to attract more then 1000 companies from home and from outside China to setup the this booming industry. For training, different kinds of methods would be chosen to provide the best available training in short span of time to match the speed of outsourcing industry.
