Project : Health Care Form Filling

Advance : Provided after 3 Days work (1 Month Billing in Advance)(within 7 Days of work)

Rate per Page : Rs 23 Per form

No Of fields : 12-15

Training : Provided (Easy Work just copy paste)

Software Security Charge : 412 GBP to be paid during agreement(Directly to End Client)Refundable. Shall be mentioned in agreement. Official Receipt would be provided.

Consultancy Charges: 7k per seat would be deducted in 2 simultaneous billing.

Share in Advance: 25%

BG/LC: LC provided on 10 Slots

QC within 24 Hours.

No of Forms: Unlimited BUT minimum 30000 forms per month has to be submitted.

1 Slot: 15 seats.

ID and Address Proof will be provided on Demand. Court agreement will be done.
