Manual typing of the provided data in the desired format, the job is to be performed at the clients server and access from respective service providers venue



Scope of work

This is a manual typing job were the operator has to fill up the form as per instructions provided.
The forms are to be filled online with the systems only connected to the clients server and once the forms are filled and submitted

The output file gets saved in the the server as well as the systems worked on. The Qc will be available on the same day

Basis on the QC PANNEL for the rectification jobs if needed.

The data contains the SUSCRIBER IROLMENT FORM & CUSTOMER APPLICATION FORM details of a reputed telecom company. The data has to be filled in the provided form, which can

And only be done online, and the job involves only manual typing

The source data is visible on the same screen of the provided form to be filled

The server starts at 9.00 am and shuts down at 7 pm uninterruptedly.....


TAT period = 24 working days....


QC: available online on daily basis
Rework: Unlimited number of times as needed, within the TAT

Payout: Rs 8 per form

Work load: only 125 forms per day per system (minimum) max workload depends on the operators typing speed

Payment mode: advance payment on weekly basis

Payment Security: Bank Guarantee / Letter of credit

Payment interval: advance and monthly invoicing

Requirement of the service provider bidding for the project

1. Should have a registered company with the registration done
2. Should have minimum 10 systems, with internet facility
3. Should have operators with minimum typing speed of 30 to 40 words per min.
4. Should have a prior experience of completion of similar type of work
5. Should have a sound technical background for the online implementation job.

the signup process and the training will be provided at Kolkata office only and the training will involve the presence of the person responsible for implementation of the job , Training will be provided on T2T (training to the trainer) basis only
