Center requirements:
1. DoT

2. PCI compliance ( Data security certification) ISO
Center can apply for one and show the acknowledgement to start of.

3. Should at least have 20 seats for this particular project and have to ram up upto 50 seats within 1 or 2 months as the call flow increases.

4. Technology:- Predictive Dialler with 2 Mbps of dedicated lease line.

5.Well configured computers.

Consultancy fees and royalty Involved - Will be declared on the time of meeting with the center.

This Process is directly from USA, its a Inbound come upselling.
Center will be signing the Contract directly with client.

Payouts and Billing Cycle

pay per sale (Commission) :- $10
Centers would get an option to get paid hourly. Its target based where the center have to achieve 2 sales per hour so they get paid a fixed $12 per hour. Or else they can work on commission basis that's $10 per sale.

Billing cycle :- Weekly ( 1st billing 15 days and then onwards it will be weekly)

Center has to start of 10 seats with 2 shifts. (10x2= 20 seats) 16 hours of login required .
