We are actively looking for a few quality call centers to run our US/UK inbound technical support process. Here are few of the details of this particular process:

1. Inbound calls transferred for order taking on PC Tech Support.
2. Centre must have Certified Technicians for Residential PC
Technical Support services.
3. Agents must have ability to convert incoming calls to sales
orders.
4. Customer base: United Kingdom/ United States
5. Time zone: United Kingdom/ United States
6. Seats required: Minimum 10 seats per centre + 4 MCP (Technician
per every 10 agents)
7. Project operation: Optional - 12:30pm to 8:30pm (Monday to
Friday) / 10:00am to 4:00pm (Saturday).
8. Company profile to be emailed for validation.
9. If validated, NDA & SLA will be emailed, SLA will be sent for
acceptance and signatures.
