Claims Criteria

1. Acident must be non fault
2. Acident within the last 2.5 Years (30 months) for RTA and 2 years for Work Acidents and STF's
3. RTA, Work Acident, STF
4. Client went to GP/Hospital
5. Client does not have a solicitor acting & wants to make a claim
6. Leads to be given with complete details
