Raylon Technologies need Data Entry Center, with minimum 10 seats, who can serve us from their own
infrastructure. Responsibilities include to type the forms in the given time frame.


service to be served:

To type the forms manually and serve us in the given time frame.

During regular work the data will be provided by our side.

Payment cycle is in advance for the first TAT in 8 days from the live , rest of the amount
will be adjusted from the final invoice

Minimum required seats to start = 10 seats ( 1 slot )

Per seat payout is = Rs. 30,000

Other Requirements:

Typing operators OR agents should have the speed of 30 to 40 words per minute (WPM)

We only need data entry centers with at-least six ( 6 ) months experience in non-voice
field

Conditions:

Selected center need to go on “Performance Test” for 15 days with 10 seats to show


Performance test period is unpaid.

Payment Guaranty:

Bank Guaranty will be provided for minimum 40 seats OR 4 slots

SCOPE of work :

Source: The Original data will be available on the work environment software provided by
Raylon Technologies at the time of signup channel partners are required to feed the provided
data in the provided software as per the guidelines.
data supply and preservation of the output file is done online on real time basis

Quality: you are required to maintain 95% of data accuracy and at least 98% of forms completion
in the given time frame of the TAT period. A training session will be provided to you to reduce
the errors done by operators and to provide understanding of the system for efficient working.
The training session will also improve the speed of your operators for completing the work
faster .

COMMERCIALS:

Payout Slabs:

Accuracy level Job Completion Level Payout per Form

95% 98% Rs. 10/-

98% 85% Rs. 8/-

85% 88% Rs. 6/-



Work load: 3000 forms per month per system (3000 forms for each system OR seat)

Payment mode: advance payment on weekly basis(25% of the job work done will be given as an

advance payment after 8 days of job completion)

Payment Security: Bank Guarantee OR Letter of credit only for 40 or more seats

Payment interval: advance and monthly invoicing

QC: available online on daily basis

Rework : Unlimited number of times as needed ,within the TAT

Software Requirements:
