Dear All ,
We would like to present before you a great opportunity to work on Captive
Customer Support Campaign. The existing members shall call up on our
Helpline Number based on our Website promotion and Marketing. The calls
would be routed to the qualified center and they are expected to support the
customers to activate their membership cards and resolve any queries that
they might have post purchase.

COST AND SEATS:
Number of seats :20 (Minimum )
Rate paid per correctly Entered Form : Rs 20
Work Description: Client Will Provide Us Software, Which We Need to Install In
Each System and An Login ID's Will Be Provided To The Employees. All the work
load will be sent to through ftp, which is in pdf images which in type of
JPG.
Work Load: Unlimited (Minimum Number of Seats 20 seats)
Number of Systems: 20 Seats
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day (Every sunday will provide holiday)
Expected income per seat - 20,000 per seat
All Forms must be verified by Quality before they are submitted to CLIENT, Verification
has to be done on daily basis. Provided competent front line agents with relevant experience
together with required IT and Quality infrastructure to deliver this service . Service
provider center need to have an separate section for Accuracy Checking, Service Provider Center
need to send their report on Monthly bases after the Accuracy Checking at their center. Service
provider need to maintain Minimum of 96% of accuracy need to maintain, Accuracy Checking will
also conduct from Client end and you will get report in 8 days of every day.
PAYMENT: The service center before claiming of next month’s bill payment, need to show proof
of Service Tax payment of last month. Service Provider shall not , at any time during the term of
this Agreement an after termination of same . divulge or use for Service Provider own purpose or
the purpose s of any third party any trade secrets confidential or business information relating to the
business affairs of CLIENT including scripts etc. The parties by execution hereof . acknowledge
that CLIENT has disclosed to in confidence certain information relating to the business of
CLIENT.

1) Company Profile.
2) Director’s Profile & Experience.
3) Balance Sheet of Company.
4) 5 Director’s Small Size Photographs.
5) Director’s PAN Card.
6) Company Snap Shots.If available
7) Company Registration (PVT / Firm / Proprietorship).
8) Company PAN Card.If available
9) IT Returns of Past 1 Year Minimum.If available
10)Experience Certificate of previous successful completion of Data Entry Works in Central
Govt/StateGovt/PSUs, Experience certificate need of last one years.If available
11) PAN Based Service Tax Registration Certificate.If available
14) Labor License Certificate.If available
15) Power of Attorney.If available
