This project is only for the centers that hold rich experience in inbound services as this project requires lot of quality, commitment and a team of leaders hence do make sure that if are loaded with these elements prior approaching us.

Specifications:-

• Actively taking the calls routed via AAI.
• AHT 180 Seconds
• Seats shouldn’t be vacant during the business hours
• Complete monitoring access provided by the center to AAI
• Configuration of the server/systems
• Training Duration- 15 business days
• Training charges will be borne by AAI
• AAI will not pay the center during the training period
• Profiles of Operations Head/QA/Team Manager/Trainer and I.T. head
• Facilities provided to the agents within the center
• Current/previous clients detail. (only for verification purpose)
• List of Certifications acquired by the center
• Required number of seats – 10
• Business Hours – 0900 hours till 1800 hours IST
• Business Days – Entire Week
• Amount Payable by AAI – Rs.400/hr/individual
• Payment Mode – Electronic
• Payment Duration- Monthly (5th of every month)
• AAI agrees to pay the center an advance of 1 month billing which will be adjusted against the last month of contract.
• Contract duration – 11 months
• AAI holds all the rights to either renew or cancel the contract after completion of 1 year.
