Form processing project details


1. Digitization of data in provided format of Image files into Microsoft Excel files.
2. Duration of the project will be 10 months, containing 20 working days per month.
3. Rate is Rs 0.10 per entry.
4. Work Load per TAT is 1500 forms.
5. 10 Working Days per TAT.
6. Maximum Invoice Value is Rs. 2,25,000/-

7. The total work downloaded in image format is estimated 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) forms per TAT, data Can be Downloaded and uploaded through FTP.
8. Quality should be maintained as per the business agreement, however the minimum quality required is 96%
The Advance Offered according to accuracy is as follows:
99.99% or above = 100% Advance payment
Less than 99.99% and above 98.99% = 75% Advance payment
Less than 98.99% and above 97% = 55 % Advance payment
Less than 97% and above 96% = 35 % Advance Payments

9. The billings will be made through Cheque for fortnightly billing value provided for this work.
10. Payment Security will be 100% Payment in Advance (According to Accuracy Achieved).
11. Procedure for signup, advance and commercials are
Send your Company profile and Letter of interest
Approval of Profile and LOI
Signing of Business Agreement with the first party
Ftp Id and Password (at the time of signup)
The commencement of trail as per the Executor’s Requirement
The Quality report of trail before 5 working days
The Advance Payment According to the Accuracy Achieved in 7 working days
Downloading Commercial
Finally getting ahead with the work.

*If Executor is not able to qualify trail, he has to start commercial with upcoming 1st date of new month without advance
