Time’s Travel n Pay is looking for Call Centers across India to handle sales and service calls.


Requisites:
We are looking for call centers with knowledge and experience in Domestic Call Center related to “Travel and Holiday” Sales and Service.

Min Number of Seats: 25
25 seats to handle Incoming Sales, Enquiry or Ticket Confirmation Calls.

As per TTNP’s projection and market study each agent would receive at least 40-50 calls a day during Peak season and during off peak season it would be around 20 -25 Calls.
Center’s which can cater manpower with English, Regional and National language speaking abilities would qualify for short listing procedure
Call Center should have DOT Certificate,PRI Connectivity and Technology to receive and make calls .

Financial Projection:
TTNP would pay INR 33,000/ (Thirty Three Thousand Only) per seat/per month for sales and support process
For Chat Sales and Service: INR15, 000/(Fifteen Thousand Only)per seat/per month

Expectation: Meet the Industries Standard Quality and Conversion all the time on the call.

BROKERS, COMMISSION AGENTS and CONSULTANTS are not entertained.
Short Listing of the Centers is absolutely on the prior experience and Knowledge.
