Dear friends,
I am setting up a blended domestic call center.
I have applied for the PRI connection. I want to know if I will need a Epbax to terminate my PRI line or I can have a PRI card in the server and terminate it there. What PRI card will I need if I am using a single PRI connection. ALso, will I need a PBX at all ?
My agents will be using thin clients or PCs and soft phone dialers on it. My PRI vendor is stressing that I should go for PBX. However my server vendor is saying its not needed. Please suggest what to do.
