Responsibilities to be shared by both the parties in the following ways:

- Project details, payment structure and payment guarantee from our end

- Recruitment, man-power handling to be the centre's responsibility

- All expenses and revenue to be shared by both the parties

P.S.: Only looking for centres who have good experience of managing agents and who are already running their show with a minimum venture of 20-30 seats successfully.
