Minimum 20 heads to be present.
payout: INR 27000 per month per agent.
Cooling period of 90 days from the date of Go Live.
Billing will start from date of Go Live (Training period of 15 days is non-billable).

3.Agents with very good communication skills, Auditing would be done from client.
