The call center has to make the cold calling to the resident of Ontario and must explain the necessity of duct cleaning to fix up an appointment. Once the appointment is fixed, the customer information like name, physical address, telephone number and alternate telephone number will be forwarded to the Duct cleaning company with the recording of the appointment calls as a proof for quality. Once the recordings are verified, after the Jobs is completed the call center will receive the commissions on weekly basis. Or Daily or Monthly
