Project: Inbound Customer Support
Scope of Work: To Provide Services To The candidate Regarding
placement services and conduct survey on call
Number of Slots: Each state 5 center
Language: Regional+Hindi+English
Number of Seats (per centers): 10-20 Max Seats
Number of Shift: 1
Shift Timing: 9:30am to 6:00pm
Payout: INR 25000 per seat per month (The payout will depend on the
quality and performance of the inbound team.)
Payment: 15 days
Payment Mode: Wire Transfer
Male/Female ratio: 5:5
Software, CRM will be provided by END Client
Training: Online/Onsite
Advance Payment: Up to 50% of the First billing.
Contract: 12 months
Royalty: 5% from Every Month Billing

4. Mobile (For incoming only)
5. Normal Net connection

Docs Required:
1. OSP/DOT License(If any)
2. Incorporation Certificate (If any)
3. ISO Certification (If any)
4. Corporate Profile
5. Network Diagram
6. Center Pictures
7 Commercial Charges: 4.5 Lakhs (Pay on sign up)
8. Traveling charges: of Rs 50000
in advance for direct sign up
