Center Required

Sound center with own facility with 25+ seats(and have ability to ramp upto 100+ seats), decent facility required

Experienced and professional management with past experience in running inbounds will be an addition.



Hardware Based predictive Dialer must have the following functions/facilities:

- Silent Messaging Facility,

- IVR,

- Voice Blasting,

- Customised CRM on Database Management

ACD

Bandwidth (Minimum 2 MBPS)

CCTV with remote access

Restricted Access for all operational areas with Card Access

Application & Database Servers

100% Voice Recording + Tape/DVD Backup

Security & Firewall

Network Security

Redundant IPLC/Internet Providers

Power Backup



Initially to start with 5 – 10 seats, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.



Payout: 7 USD per hour going up to 9 USD pounds based on performance in next 6 months



Ramp up: In the first month up to 20 seats.Subsequently each month the client will add 10 – 15 seats based on the centers performance.



Direct signup in US, Payment cycle is Weekly. Partial advance will be given.(9 Months Contract)



Client will appoint 1 process manager on the centers payroll to handle all operations and client end interaction.



Work involves Customer Care, Billing queries. Some 5% trained (no certifications required) staff will be required to handle basic technical support Function
