We are looking for companies do handle Inbound & Outbound campaigns for US Companies like Master Card, Webex, Travel Co’s and other Outbound/ Inbound campaigns. Here we can proceed in two ways. Either Companies interested in this project may use their own facility and resources or can take lease of a ready 250 seater setup.



Financials: -



1) For a typical outbound campaign like “Master card”, the rate will be like $40 per sale and we can expect 4-5 sales per day. So, the revenue generation will be approx. 15.84 Lacs for a 10 seater centre. Expenses for salary and incentives/ facilities will be around 1.83 Lacs. Lease to call center: 10 seats x $ 4.5 /hr x 8 hrs/day x 22 days x 47/- = Rs 3.75 Lakhs (includes long distance PSTN charges).
