One of the leading MMA organisation is looking for Inbound call support from BPO centers from accross the globe for there upcoming event promotion & ongoing program as well.

Fixed Earning of Rs 12$ per agent per hr

Agents Required: 10 + 2 (from every center / company)
Nature of Work: Inbound inquiry , solve customer's complaint , have to guide for the video streaming & merchandising program .
Working Days: 26
Workload: 12 to 14 calls per hr/agent
Payout: Fixed 12$ / agent (No Target / No Payment Deduction )
Payment Cycle: 15 days from the date of implementation of the work

CLIENT GUIDENCE :- Training , VOIP & Minutes


Signup procedure:
1. Company profile
2. Signing NDA
3. Signup (SLA) with CLIENT
4. Training


Note -- Advance payment will be transferred to the centers directly from the client as per there performance in training session .
