Our company is outsourcing an international NON-VOICE process which is related to patient data base form has to be filled as per the instruction given during the training period . CRM software will be provided
by the client in the mode of a link which has to be downloaded . The proper instruction for this work total work willbe given to the centers in a manual . We are
looking for centers capable to complete the work with maximum accuracy.

PROJECT OVERVIEW :-

1. Seats Required : Minimum 5 seats
2. Shifts Timings : center will get 24 hrs window
3. Hourly Payout : Monthly Basis
4. Contract Period : 11 months initially then extendable on understanding & performance of the center

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU ?

1. Minimum 5 to 10 computers
2. 5 to 10 agents
3. 2 MBPS NET CONNECTION


WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU ?

1. SUPPORT / TRAINING THRU THE ENTIRE TENURE OF THE CONTRACT
2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT IF NEEDED
