For this process the client’s requirements are: Centre Profile. Previous Experience in terms of Non voice. Minimum seating capacity should be 10 seats or 5 seats with 2 more Computers. Minimum having Core 2 Duo Processor. Minimum 1 GB RAM. Minimum 40 G.B. Hard Disk. Having UPS back up of minimum 4 hrs. Operating System Windows XP Professional Edition or higher.
Project Description is mention below Name of the campaign : Medical Form Processing. Min no. of system or center : 10 Systems (1 slot). Project duration : 11 month can be extended to another 36 month. Workload : 30,000 forms per slot.(10 seats) TAT : 15 Days. Sign up : Onsite or Online. Payout : 20 INR. Payment Cycle : Bi Monthly BiMonthly Billing (10 system = 1 slot) : 6,00,000 INR Payment mode : Wire Transfer,DD,Cheque. Q.C Report will be provided within 3 to 5 working days after submission. Work load will be provided through Online.
