Before Buying any Property/Land/Plot the party/bank (in case of sanctioning loans) needs to verify its title that whom the particular land belongs to and who were the past owners.


You will be getting a set of data on daily basis in which plot number,deed number etc will be mentioned and from the given government website you need to search the prior owners of the land and fill it in a MS Word Form provided and send it back.


A complete form in MS Word will be called as "ONE COMPLETE FILE "
