Hi, I am having a center in Chandigarh, I need a project really without any upfront/security or consultation fee as an advance.I am Okay to pay your bills once center gets money from Client end maybe an advance or as a Pay-out.I tried some agents where they put no security/ no upfront and then ask for an amount of around 2 lacs with LOI. I have been fooled twice now.They took my money and gave me only lessons. Earlier through this site I spoke with Rohit Malhotra who seemed to be a nice man and somehow we could not reach any decision because their were some doubts in my mind that were not clarified.
