SOW:

1) PGMAC - Auto Warranty Transfers
2) Nationwide ( Excluding CA, DC, KS, NE, IN, MO, WA)
3) Monday - Friday
4) 8:30am EST to 5:00pm EST
5) Vehicle filters : no exotics or luxury like range rover, Lamborghini, m3, Porche, AMG etc
6) Additional filters : under 150k miles, 2008-2018 year models
7) Dialer, VoIP and Data will be Provided.

Payout:

Hourly with Quota Pay Structure

Weekly Quota (Per Agent ) Pay Rate Per Hour
26-37 Billable Transfers Per Week $3
38-49 Billable Transfers Per Week $4
50 up Billable Transfers Per Week $5

25 and less transfers a week pays $4 per transfer and the said agent or the center would be requested to discontinue the project.
