TAT: 28 Days.
Accuracy requirement: 85% min. [i.e. 85% correct forms to the number of forms provided]. NO PENALTIES.
Sign up: Onsite/Online.
Payout: 26 INR+GST 18%. (Submission of correct forms below 85% will be calculated at Rs. 16 per form + GST 18%.)
Payment Cycle: Bi- Monthly (if center submits every 14 days 15,000 forms completed)
Bi-Monthly Billing (10 systems = 1 slot):780,000 INR +GST18 %
Payment modes: Wire Transfer,DD,Cheque.
Q.C Report will be provided within 2 to 4 working days after submission. Work load will be provided through Online.
Rework: Not applicable after submission on 15th day.

Form Fill up Guide:
Download the image files of each form for each system from your account Fill up the form on the software provided. Make no changes, type as given.
Enter each form in their respective form number, i.e. image for form number 1 must be filled at form number 1 and so on.
Complete as many forms as possible in 28 days,upload them using the upload software provided. You need to upload all forms by 28th day mid night. Forms uploaded thereafter will not be accepted. Option for 14 days TAT available.
