for last three years,i have dialled for outbound campaigns in Bangalore,Hyderabad,Kolkata.This industry is doing well and bought a prospect for the youths.Please concerned authority please look into the matter,few infact most call centers are running scam outbound campaigns
like consumer grants and many more.Credit card numbers and checkin
account numbers are taken and via Inter active voice recorder eloctronically money is taken.Due to this genuine campaigns like Directv,Dishnet Mortgage and best call centers are facing huge problems.Startec and Powernet global
long distance communication,customers are given false information like package trial period free.Renowned call centers in India are badly affected.I would request the concerned body to take legal action and do proper scanning,before this industry fades off.Please question should be answered,request from Santanu Baidya.
